Let’s Dance on the Yacht
On the first day of the new year, my brother had a party on his yacht. He hired a crew from the Superyacht Crew Agency and invited everyone to get on the yacht with him and have some fun. I guess this is the exact reason why he bought the yacht in the first place. Everyone he invited didn’t want to pass up the chance to have a free party on a yacht, so they all came. Of course, my brother wanted everyone to have as much fun as possible, so he ordered a lot of food and paid for a lot of alcoholic drinks. I told him that quite a few people would probably get sick from drinking while on the yacht, but he didn’t mind.
Most people have parties on the night of New Year’s Eve and let them continue into the morning, but my brother wanted to have the party in the middle of the day and let it continue on into the night. I thought it was odd, because it wouldn’t give people the chance to countdown as the time changes to the new year, but he figured it would be a better atmosphere and it would give people a chance to party longer.
The party was held on the weekend, so everyone who came didn’t have to worry about going to work the next day, nor did they have to worry about trying to get rid of a hangover before going into work. When everyone gets a little bit of alcohol in them, they get the urge to dance, even if they can’t dance very well. This is especially true of my brother. He can’t stay in line with the rhythm to save his life, but he didn’t care, and it didn’t really matter, because he was having fun, and so was everyone else.
